Que Frac acts as the technical backing, ensuring projects are managed seamlessly, timelines are met, and field operations run with precision.

Our Story

The ASAP Way was founded by a Prairie View A&M University graduate (Class of 2007) with a robust background in heavy oil and gas field operations—spanning Frac, cementing, tools, and wireline. A lifelong affinity for real estate, combined with a passion for execution, led to a transition into major construction project management in 2017. After securing a foundational real estate contract in 2018, these two distinct passions were formalized: leveraging elite industrial consulting and project management through Que Frac to back aggressive property acquisition and management through ASAP Capital.
